Mr. Isaac's Healthy Iced Fruit Lollies!
 
 
Eating healthy food is good for you. We should eat healthy food every day, but healthy food is not as good as snacks, chocolate and candy. Right? This is wrong. Snacks, chocolate and candy can be sweet and delicious to eat but so can healthy food if you know what healthy food to eat. Healthy food can also be fun to make with your family. Let me show you my favorite healthy food to eat. I will show you how to make it at home. I promise that you will enjoy eating it too!

 

Iced Fruit Lollies!

 

You will need:

 

A knife and a chopphing board
 
 
A BBQ/kebab stick
 
Some fruit
 
 
A freezer
 
 

 

Recipe

 

1)      Choose your fruit.

Choose the fruit that you like to eat. After all, you are the one who is going to eat your iced fruit lolly!

 

2)      Get your knife and chopping board.

 

3)      Cut your fruit into small pieces.

Using a knife can be dangerous. You should never use a knife on your own. Ask an adult to help you to cut up your fruit.
 
 

 

4)      Get your BBQ/kebab stick.

 

5)      Push your fruit on to your BBQ/kebab stick.

Be careful, the end of your stick maybe sharp. Remember to leave some space at the end of your stick so that you can hold your iced fruit lolly when you are eating it.
 
 

 

6)      Put your fruit lolly into the freezer until it is frozen.

 

7)      Take your iced fruit lolly out of the freezer. Eat it, and enjoy!

 

 

You can make more than one iced fruit lolly. In fact, you can make them for all your family, if you have enough fruit of course!

 

Iced fruit lollies are great for a hot day. They are cool, sweet and delicious to eat!
